The registration process is now accepting applications from Cuboree part-timers. Part timers are Leaders and Parent helpers who want to come and help out at Cuboree, but cannot be available for the whole event. Part time applicants are able to nominate which days they will be on site, and your Cuboree invoice will be automatically adjusted to suit. You will need to have your application modified manually if you have already submitted an application (and been invoiced for the full amount) but wish to change to part time. Drop us an email at

or posted to Cuboree, PO Box 1216, Narre Warren, Vic 3805. It is essential for your safety and security (and that of your Cubs) that the photo is submitted, properly formatted, and up to date. Your photo WILL NOT be accepted if it does not follow the guidelines posted at http://cuboree.com.au/index.php/faq/31-general/68-application-photo-guidelin. Registration for Leaders and Parent helpers is still open. Details on how to get invitations codes, and the process for registering parent helpers can be found on this site. ** Important **
You need to check that that your online registration is 'Submitted' and that your GL (or equivalent leader in charge) has approved your application There are quite a few applications where details are 'saved' but, because they do not have all the details, cannot be 'Submitted'. All registrations must be set to 'Submitted' - you will recieve a pop up message if you have missed anything - before they are passed on to your Group Leader for approval. Check that your application is correct, and that your GL has approved the application - we do not want any disappointments because of a simple processing error. You can get help at any time by sending an email to helpdesk at
