Important message for Cuboree applicants who wish to pick up their Cuboree Gear. We have several methods by which you can pick up your Cuboree gear if you did not get it on O-day. 1. Double check If you have been moved from one pack to another recently, there is a chance that the Akela of the pack you were in has already picked up your gear on your behalf. (The Akelas are usually someone from your district.) Get in touch with them to check that they do or do not have your gear. If you are an Akela, please call those that you have the gear for and let them know how they can get it. You may be entitled to a different scarf colour if you have changed pack. Please keep the "wrong" scarf in pristine condition, and we will exchange it for the correct one at the first opportunity. 2. Pick-UP We will be available for pick-up of non-received goods, and exchange of sizes/faulty goods at the Clayton Scout Hall on Saturday August 21st between Midday and 2pm. All items submitted for exchange must be in the original packaging and in good, clean condition. To reduce the crowding and it make things quicker to process we ask that you co-ordinate this with your Akela or group leader so that we can fix things up in pack lots. 3. Post. You can go to the scoutevents shop (http://shop.scoutevents.com.au) and purchase either a "single person" delivery for $10, or a "multi-person" delivery for $20. Purchase of these items will cover the cost of posting the items out to you. Details on the delivery arrangements can be found on the web site. Please make sure you include your Cuboree number |
